I teach at the BA and MA levels on a variety of topics including postcolonial studies, cultural studies, Caribbean literature, feminist literature, and New American Studies. Recent and upcoming courses include “Writing the Self in Contemporary US”, “The Fiction of Michelle Cliff”, “Intersectional Feminism and/in African American Literary Culture”, “Introduction to Latinx Literature”, “American Crime Fiction”, “Poetics and Politics of Self-Interest in US Literature and Culture”, and “Native American Literature”, among others.

2018; 2021
I have twice participated as a teacher the école d’été sur le postcolonialism established in 2018 by Rahel Kunz and organised via the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Lausanne. This Summer School takes place every two years. The next edition is planned for 2023. Hereby the title of my block-courses for both editions.
